How to Personalize the Stars: To customize the Stars as you wish, use the "Personalization Box" to write what you'd like engraved (name, date, etc.).

If you'd like to engrave more than one Star, simply select 2,3,4.. items and use a hyphen or dot to separate the text you want engraved on each Star.

For example, if you'd like two Stars, you could write:
Nikoleta 08.08.1986 / Giannis 14.04.1986

IMPORTANT: Double-check what you've written, as the exact text you provide is what will be engraved. Make sure to be sure about accents and spelling, as once the metal is engraved, no changes can be made.

Production time::

  • 925 Sterling Silver: 10 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • 14k Gold: 13 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

The production days are counted from the day after the order is placed.

All jewelry is handmade and delivered in gift packaging.

Shipping Fees

  • €4 shipping fee within Greece
  • €6 worldwide

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and additional charges. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the corresponding customs office.

Delivery Time

  • Greece: 2-3 working days from the day of shipment. This means that Lotte requires 10-13 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to prepare your order, and then 2-3 business days for the parcel to reach you after shipping.
  • Countries outside the EU: Delivery can take up to 20 working days. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen factors.

All customs duties and import taxes are NOT included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs duties on incoming goods. As Lotte has no control over such situations, the buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees. If you have concerns about this, please check the regulations of your country before making a purchase. Buyers are responsible for understanding the policies of their country.

Lotte is not responsible for packages that are "lost" or marked as "delivered." This occurs because Lotte has no control over the tracking once the packages leave Greece.

Incorrect Address & Non-Deliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, it will be returned to us, and Lotte can resend it to you upon request, with an additional charge of €1.00 plus shipping fees.
