Personalizing engraving

• Use the Personalization Box to indicate the code of the image you want engraved on the front, along with the text you’d like engraved on the back of the pendant (e.g., You are the meaning of my life).
• Up to 20 characters (uppercase or lowercase) can be engraved. Spaces and punctuation marks count toward the character limit.
• IMPORTANT: Carefully check your text. The exact wording you provide will be engraved, and no changes can be made once engraving is complete.

Production Time

• 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

• Production time starts the day after your order is received.

Packaging

• All jewelry is delivered in gift packaging.
