1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a clear statement (e.g., via email) before the withdrawal period expires.

2. No-Return Policy for Personalized Products

All jewelry created upon special order, including but not limited to:

• Name, date, or message engravings
• Fingerprint jewelry
• Custom symbols or personalized designs
• Items created based on customer-provided files or images

are considered personalized goods and are manufactured specifically for the individual customer.

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, such goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:

• The product is proven to be defective
• An incorrect item was delivered

Customer approval of design previews, mockups, or order confirmations constitutes final acceptance of the personalization details. The Company shall not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes in names or dates).

By completing an order for personalized goods, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

3. Return Conditions (Non-Personalized Items)

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

The Company reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless:

• The item is defective
• The wrong product was delivered

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the Company.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

The Company may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received.

6. Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. In such cases, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
