SHIPPING POLICY
Courier / Locker Deliveries
- For orders within Greece, parcels are shipped via our partnered courier service. If delivery to your address is not possible, the parcel may be delivered to a nearby locker. A notification with pickup instructions will be sent.
- For international orders, delivery is via Hellenic Post (ELTA) with a tracking number.
Shipping Fees
- Greece: €4
- Worldwide: €6
- For countries outside the EU, customs duties and additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time
- Greece: 2–3 business days after shipment. Order preparation takes 10–13 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Non-EU countries: up to 20 business days, depending on weather, holidays, or other external factors.
Customs & Import Duties
- All customs duties and import taxes are not included in the purchase price and are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
- Double-check your shipping address before completing the order.
- If the parcel is sent to an incorrect address, it will be returned and may be reshipped for an additional €1 shipping fee.
Loss / Delay
- Lotte is not responsible for parcels lost or marked as delivered after leaving Greece.
