2.We send you your personal imprint kit.

3.Depending on the jewelry type, follow one of these simple methods:

Soft wax method: Gently shape the soft wax with your hands and press your finger or your pet’s paw into it to create your imprint.

Melted wax method: Lightly melt the surface of the wax and gently press your finger or your pet’s paw into it.

4.Let the wax cool and harden naturally.

5.Place the wax safely back in the packaging.

6.Send the wax molds back to us.

7.We transform your imprint into a unique handmade piece of jewelry.

Yes. You have 6 months from the date of purchase to return your wax design to us.

If your wax design is returned after 6 months, an additional fee of 25€ will apply to cover fluctuating metal prices. This will be invoiced once we receive your wax design.

Please place your wax safely in the protective tin provided and include your completed registration form.

• Greece customers: You will find the recommended courier service and the correct return address clearly written on the form included in your kit. Simply use these details to send your parcel back to us.

• International customers: You are responsible for returning your wax to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and carefully following the customs declaration instructions provided in the kit to avoid any additional fees.

When you return your wax together with the completed registration form, it means you’re happy for us to proceed with creating your jewelry using your imprint, regardless of print quality.

You can also return all your wax pieces, and we will carefully choose the most suitable imprint for casting. Any unused waxes will be discarded, unless you specifically request their return.

We kindly ask that you do not combine wax pieces.

Each wax is made with a specific weight that matches the exact metal weight needed for each unique LOTTE jewelry piece. For this reason, combined waxes cannot be processed and will be automatically rejected, meaning you would need to reorder and create new prints.

You’re very welcome to return multiple wax imprints, and we’ll carefully select the one that will give the best possible result for your final piece 🤍

Once we receive your wax design, production begins.

Production time:
• Up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for crafting and finishing your jewelry.

Delivery time:
• Greece: 2–3 business days
• International: 7–10 business days

Each piece is carefully cast and hand-finished before being shipped to the “Maker’s” address provided on the registration form.

Our pendant kits can be double-sided, but both sides need to be printed at the same time.

Since coordinating two pets to press their paws together can be a little tricky, we usually recommend choosing a necklace kit with two separate pendants one for each pet. It’s much easier and gives a beautiful result 🤍

Yes! The kit is suitable for both human fingerprints and pet paw prints (dogs, cats, etc.).

No. You will receive the wax ring in a standard size, and we will adjust it to your chosen size once we receive your kit, ensuring the finished ring fits perfectly.

No worries! All kit packages include a ring sizer, so you can easily measure your finger and ensure the perfect fit before creating your wax imprint. Simply write your number in the registration form. There's no need to return the ring sizer, just keep it for any future measurements.

No. We do not keep copies.

We use the lost wax casting process, meaning your original wax model is melted away and replaced by solid metal. Each piece is truly one of a kind.

Because each item is created just for you, we’re unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchanges. Of course, this doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
