General Terms
Returns within 14 days are only applicable to non-personalized items. If 14 days have passed since the day you receivedyour parcel unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or purchase receipt.
Returns are not accepted if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Afterward, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is recorded. Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
