How to personalize the Circles

To personalize the Circles as you wish, use the "Personalization Box" to write what you want engraved (name, date, etc.).

If you wish to engrave more than one Circle, simply select 2 pieces and separate what you want engraved on each Circle with a dash or period.

For example, if you want two Circles, you can write: Nikoletta 08.08.1986 / Giannis 14.04.1986.

IMPORTANT: Carefully check what you’ve written, as I will engrave exactly what you provide. Please be sure of any accents or spelling, as once the metal is engraved, no changes can be made.

Production time:

  • 925 Silver: 10 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • 14k Gold: 13 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Production time begins the day after the order is placed.

All jewelry is handmade and comes in gift packaging.

Shipping Fees

  • €4 shipping fee within Greece
  • €6 worldwide

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and additional charges. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the corresponding customs office.

Delivery Time

  • Greece: 2-3 working days from the day of shipment. This means that Lotte requires 10-13 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to prepare your order, and then 2-3 business days for the parcel to reach you after shipping.
  • Countries outside the EU: Delivery can take up to 20 working days. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen factors.

All customs duties and import taxes are NOT included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs duties on incoming goods. As Lotte has no control over such situations, the buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees. If you have concerns about this, please check the regulations of your country before making a purchase. Buyers are responsible for understanding the policies of their country.

Lotte is not responsible for packages that are "lost" or marked as "delivered." This occurs because Lotte has no control over the tracking once the packages leave Greece.

Incorrect Address & Non-Deliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, it will be returned to us, and Lotte can resend it to you upon request, with an additional charge of €1.00 plus shipping fees.
