Για να προσαρμόσετε τη Καρδούλα όπως επιθυμείτε, πηγαίνετε στην εικόνα με το σχέδιο και στη συνέχεια χρησιμοποιήστε τα πεδία για να γράψετε τι θέλετε χαραγμένα στη μία ή και στις δυο μεριές. Οτι γράφετε στα πεδία θα φανεί επάνω στο σχεδιο, στη πίσω ή στη μπροστά μεριά, ανάλογα το πεδίο που χρησιμοποιείτε.
***ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ: Ελέγξτε προσεκτικά τι έχετε γράψει καθώς το κείμενο που θα μου δώσετε αυτό ακριβώς θα χαράξω. Οπότε να είστε σίγουροι για τόνους και τυχόν ορθογραφικά, μιας και όταν χαραχτεί το μέταλλο δε μπορούν να υπάρξουν αλλαγές
*** Επιστροφές σε custom made κοσμήματα δε γίνονται δεκτές.

Για τη χρυσή απόχρωση γίνεται επιμετάλλωση με 22k χρυσού.
Για τη κατασκευή χρειάζονται 10 εργάσιμες εκτός Σαββάτου, Κυριακής και αργιών.
Όλα τα κοσμήματα είναι χειροποίητα και παραδίδονται σε συσκευασία δώρου.

Shipping Expenses
- 4€ shipping costs all over Greece
- 6€ globally
- Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
- Delivery time – between 5-10 business days from shipping day. That means that Lotte needs 3-5 working days to have your order ready and after shipment 5-10 business days for your parcel to reach you.
- For countries outside the EU, it will take up to 10 business days. However, an actual delivery time may vary, depending on the weather condition, holidays, and other unknown reasons.
All custom fees and import duties are NOT included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs on incoming merchandise. As Lotte has no control over these situations the buyer is ultimately responsible for all customs fees import duties, and taxes. If you have concerns about this, please find the rules from your country before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for understanding their own country’s policies.
Lotte does not have any responsibility for packages “lost” or marked “delivered”. This is because Lotte has no control over tracing the post once packages are outside Greece.
Wrong address & undeliverable packages
- Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order.
- If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to me and Lotte can ship it again for you upon request, with an extra 1.00€ charge plus shipping costs.
